Light weight but sturdy. I bought for those hot days at the barn to protect my face from the sub. This visor is easy to wash, I soak in dawn water and dry overnight on a towel and it never looses it shape!! Or color!!Great hatWhen I first saw this visor, I thought it was very cheap and flimsy. But after I tried it on, it is flimsy but that lends to it being light weight and it keeping your from sweating a lot. I like the fact that there's no decals or gaudy designs because I am totally wearing it to a local farm to pick fresh produce and I like a low profile. My only negative point is that the adjustment is velcro and gets stuck in my hair.All in all, I like it and it's a great addition to my head dressings.This visor is solid.Comfortable, good materials, and design. Solid hat to keep in the traveling kit.I kind of wish the brim had more structure like a baseball cap brim, but it’s more of a flexible wet suit feeling brim. It does mold to your head and adjust well and mostly keep its shape. But there’s no way to round the brim out moreI didn’t expect a flat hat. I tried it on and it was ok but then I went to work on my garden and all my sweat was getting absorbed on to the hat. I really didn’t like the feeling because it felt heavy. It’s not for me. I can see they put effort into it and it’s seen good but it’s not what I expected out of a visor.
