I was extremely pleased with the customer service. It was like ordering something from a friend. My hat is classic and stylish. Warm and elegant. A timeless piece to my winter wardrobe. All my other hats have taken a back set to this fine product. I highly recommend the product and you could not ask for a better seller to deal with. The seller is a thing of the past that in this day and age we have lost. The seller is concerned only about the satifaction of the customer and knows above all the customer is number one. That is exactly how I felt in this purchase. If only all sellers could learn from this seller how treat a customer. If I had ten head to cover I would buy 9 more hat from this seller.
